Description

The Concord is the first offering in our Patriot Box line of products. On April 19th, 1775, British troops marched on to the town of Concord Massachusetts, looking to seize the weapons of its citizens. Little did they know that the colonials hid their arms in weapons caches and the British troops found nothing in their homes. In the spirit of this American tradition, we named our first Patriot Box after the battle of Concord. This product is made to be buried in your secret location of choice. You can place it a few inches up to a few feet below the ground as a cache to protect your valuables. The Concord is made from durable marine grade plastic that can withstand the elements. The lid is a marine deck access hatch. On top of the hatch is placed a dust cover to protect the hatch from compacted dirt and rocks. With each order we provide three different sizes of Cortec vapor corrosion inhibitor bags to protect your items from condensation. Additional bags may be purchased from our website. The Concord offers an impressive 2,800 cubic inches of storage so you have what you need, when you need it the most.

Site Selection
The Concord is perfect for storing items you may need at a remote location or wherever you feel the need to place a cache. Careful site selection is a must! When the box is sealed, it becomes buoyant and may surface if placed below the ground water level. There are two indented panels on either side of the Concord to assist with ground retention during rain. Packing the soil around will help ensure your cache will remain in the ground. When selecting a site, avoid swampy, low-lying drainage areas, or flood plains where water may stand.
